Monthly: includes water, sewer, and TV hook-up. Electric is metered. 1-3 Months: $325.00 per month plus tax 4-6 months: $300.00 per month plus tax 6-12 months: $300.00 per month, no tax
RV Rental Rates: Prices below do not include tax. Daily: $68.00 and $79.00 per night Weekly: $340.00 and $395.00 per week Monthly: $735.00 and 785.00 per month
Permanent Residency: Minimum of 12 months. $285.00 per month. No Taxes!
